We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled Automotive Technician who will be a part of our dedicated team.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance ie: engine tune-ups, and oil changes;
  • Diagnose and repair engine failures, and mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replace parts and components;
  • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; and adjusting controls and systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Certificate in Automotive-TESDA National Certificate (NC) on Automotive Servicing (NCI/NCII/NCIII); Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • With at least 2 years of working experience in automotive repairs, servicing, and auto-electrical systems.
  • Electric vehicle repair & maintenance experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to do fieldwork

In this crucial role, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of our After-Sales DMS. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient document management practices within the system, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with data regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the After-Sales DMS, working closely with the project team to understand and analyze after-sales business requirements for document management functionalities.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive document management strategy for the After-Sales DMS.
  • Develop and implement user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and efficient utilization of the DMS.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to conduct research and analysis to ensure system data compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized document storage within the DMS, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to document management within the DMS.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by superiors and project teams, contributing to the overall success of the After-Sales DMS project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealer management systems or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of dealer management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
